ExpressionEngine 3, ExpressionEngine 4, ExpressionEngine 5, ExpressionEngine 6

Super restricted entries is created to allow admin to restrict members or member groups to access entries. You can select whom you want to allow to see the entry in create/edit entries page. You can either allow specific members or member groups to access entries or leave that settings empty to allow everyone to access that entry. There is frontend tags to check access entry wise. You can also pass a parameter in exp:channel:entries loop to rid all entries from list that user not have access to view.

Smart Members Field

ZealousWeb

ExpressionEngine 4, ExpressionEngine 5, ExpressionEngine 6

Smart members field is enhanced field type that gives user ability to relate members in same manner one can relate entries. You just need to create a field (same way you create field for relationships). Smart members field type is supported with normal field type, Grid and Fluid field types. Smart members field has beck-end from which you can assign Channel entries to any members or primary roles. So, our plugin will works in both way means you can assign members to Channel entries as well you can assign Channel entries to members or primary roles also. Front end code to populate data is same as in relationships that gives maximum control over the field type. Also use to populate data is same as Channel entries loop just need to write {exp:smart_members_field:entries} instead of {exp:channel:entries}.

Yuri Salimovskiy (IntoEEtive)

ExpressionEngine 2

This add-on enables you to restrict front-end access to certain channel entries for certain members or member group

Entry Permissions

Brian Litzinger

ExpressionEngine 1.x

Use Entry Permissions to set more fine-grained control over what users can edit, including restricting which entries a group member is allowed to edit (entries must first be created by another admin user). So they can add ‘news’ entries, but can’t add a new ‘events’ entry, but is allowed to edit existing entries, and you can pick and choose which entries they can edit. It’s not an all or nothing setting.
