Winding Down Support Forums In 2023

In 2023 we will be winding down support forum functionality, converting existing forums to read-only archives.
The support forums have been a useful place to ask questions and get help on many add-ons since 2009. In recent years, they've been overrun with spam, and are much less useful overall. Many developers have their own websites or support software (e.g., GitHub Isssues, etc) so the need for the forums isn't wahat it was years ago.
In 2023, we will begin converting support forums to read only archives so that no new topics or replies can be added, as well as doing more spam sweeps to clean them up so that the useful info that remains in them can still be searched.
