Two new add-ons this week. Rob Sanchez’s Template Routes has been renamed as Resource Router.

Note that the new Resource Router from Rob Sanchez is a replacement for his excellent Template Routes (which is the Editor's Pick for February 2014). EllisLab is adding support for native template routes in ExpressionEngine 2.8, hence the name change.

Control your URLs by remapping URI routes to a specific HTTP response, using CodeIgniter-style routing rules. -
Template Image Mime Type by Tyson Oshiro
This extension simply adds four image types to the template preferences type drop-down: .jpg, .png, .gif, and .swf.
