EEHarbor Add-ons No Longer Sold on devot:ee

October 5, 2016
by Ryan Masuga

As of mid September 2016, EEHarbor add-ons are no longer sold on devot:ee. This includes all add-ons they have acquired, such as Pixel & Tonic’s Matrix, Playa, Assets, and Wygwam, as well as Structure and others.

We're getting a number of support requests asking nearly the same thing:

"I've bought many add-ons from Pixel & Tonic and since they've been acquired by EEHarbor I cannot download the add-ons from the 'my licenses' tab."

The add-ons in question are primarily Pixel & Tonic's old stable, but also includes Structure:

  • Assets
  • Matrix
  • Playa
  • Wygwam
  • Structure

EEHarbor turned off all of those download links on devot:ee, so you will not be able to re-download past purchases of those add-ons on devot:ee any longer. These will not be updated on devot:ee any longer.

Our understanding is you will need to create an account at EEHarbor and "claim" your licenses over there in order to download updates and make future purchases. That's the extent of what we know. If you have further questions, you'll have to ask EEHarbor. You can email them at hello@eeharbor.com.
