Chilli: Save for Publisher

This little extension adds some extra save buttons to the publisher toolbar. By default it adds a 'save and return' button and a 'save and add a new entry' button. The 'save and return' button brings you back to the entries list after you saved. The 'save and add a new entry' button brings you to the new entry page. On the settings page you can specify which button to show on each channel.

Deviant allows you to control, globally or on a per-channel basis, where authors land after publishing, updating or deleting entries in the EE control panel. An essential extension for every EE install.

QuickSave modifies EE2's standard entry saving behavior, returning you to the edit entry page instead of displaying the preview page. The extension also lets you add a 'Publish and Close' button and/or a 'Publish and Preview' button alongside the standard entry submit button. Structure users can choose to return to the Structure homepage when 'Save and Close' buttons are used.

Structure is a powerful add-on that lets you create pages, generate navigation, manage content through a simple interface and build robust sites faster than ever. It forgoes the current template_group/template setup and creates “static” and “listing” pages that are all editable through a tree sitemap view. Now, traditional page style content and multiple entry pages can live within the same area. Your clients & authors will rejoice.
