Does exactly what I want. Just past the Youtube url in a textfield, and handle the youtube id in your template like you want it. I give 5 stars!

Works exactly as stated. Let’s you keep your database clean of YouTube ID’s but still make use of the straight-forward embed code in your templates. This is great for future flexibility with “video” fields.
