Disallowed Characters error using Multi Entry Editor

Support (Resolved)

Hi,

We’re running Zenbu 1.5.1 & EE 2.3.1

When trying to change an Entry status from the Multi Entry editor, we’re getting an error: The URI you submitted has disallowed characters.

The status is actually updating correctly - but doesn’t look too good for the clients!

If we go into the entry and update the status there are no errors.

Any idea what the issue might be here?

Thanks

Hi John,

Do you know if you have any special characters in your entry title or url_title (quotes, apostrophes, etc included)? Let me know, and I could try this on my side as well to confirm.
Have you tried this in EE’s standard multi-entry editor?

Zenbu basically sends data from its mutli-entry editor to EE’s multi-entry saving method, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was happening in standard EE as well. :)

Hi Nicholas,
Yeah you’re right - it was happening outside of Zenbu too.

We just upgraded to EE 2.4 and that seems to have things fixed.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting me know. Glad the EE upgrade fixed it. I’ll mark this thread as resolved, but feel free to post again if you encounter the issue again :)
