error message with the new release of Zoo Visitor

Hi Nicolas,
Zenbu v1.9.3.1_20150217 is installed, it’s working fine, but when the new version of Zoo visitor is installed (Zoo Visitor_1334_build 28042015), this message error appears when Zenbu is used:
An Error Was Encountered
Unable to load the requested class: zoo_visitor_lib
When the older version of Zoo Visitor is installed back, no have problems.
My EE version is 2.9.2

I’ve updated EE to 2.9.3, no more error message.

Hi stefanos,
Is the issue resolved then? Since the error mentioned ZV, it would be a good idea to check if there’s not an extra ZV folder in the third_party folder (can happen when updating add-ons, i.e. when you have a folder with the old version renamed temporarily to something like “some_addon_name_OLD”). Also good to check that the latest ZV files are uploaded correctly and their contents do not look corrupted.

Yes, the issue is resolved.
Thanks for your advice about rename old folder, and to check if the files are not corrupted.
