Not sure if I’m just missing this in the documentation but is there a way to display {parent:field_name} data in Zenbu (and by extension, Hokoku)?

Unfortunately Zenbu doesn’t do that. However, I do have a plugin I made a long time ago, which I called Zenbu Playa Family, and displays entries’ Playa child and parent entries in Zenbu. I never got to releasing it because there didn’t seem to be a large demand for it. If you’re interested in getting a copy though, drop me a line on zenbustudio.com and I could send you a copy. Hopefully it still works with the latest EE versions.
