Well I just tried it and it doesn’t work.
I am using Fluid field which contains Grid field which then has the Zeal Color Picker Field as one of the fields.
When clicking on the field while creating an entry it throws a warning.
Warning
vsprintf(): Too few arguments
ee/EllisLab/ExpressionEngine/Legacy/Facade.php(164) : eval()'d code, line 3
Severity: E_WARNING
The moment I remove the field from the grid the warning goes away.
I am using the EE 5.2.4.

We have checked to created zeal color field in gird with a fluid field and it working fine using the EE 2.5.4 http://prntscr.com/ojdw7k
