Errors when installing / when accessing settings

When I tried installing Webservice, I received the following errors (domain changed):

Although it shows it as being installed, when I try and click on the settings, I get this:

Did you use the EE3 package (so not the EE2 package)?

I did use the ee3 version. Just to double-check, uninstalled / deleted / re-uploaded / re-installed. Same results.
