How to search entries using keywords

Hi Rein,
In the Summary of features its mentioned that it searches for entries, but I am not able to find the documents about to to find entries based on a keyword (Like EE search functionality).
I am looking to find all entries based on a keyword (ex : bank) which might appear in any of the channel fields of an entry.
Did I miss docs completely ? Please help me

Hi Nisar,
In version 4.3.1 I introduce a new keyword for the search: ?data[search_all]=word+to+search
WIth this “search_all” keyword you are allowed to search in all fields.
