Hey All!

Recently noticed that CP > AddOns > Extensions is displaying the following for VZ_URL

VZ URL - Deprecated, do not install

We’ve had it installed for sometime and there doesn’t appear to be any issue but I’d like to make certain this isn’t going to cause one..

Is vz_url compatible with ExpressionEngine 2.9.2?

Yes! It’s compatible, just the extension is no longer necessary with recent versions of VZ URL. Maybe that could be reworded to be clearer - if you have any suggestions please pass them along.

Eventually I will remove the extension file from the add-on completely, but I didn’t want to cause errors when people upgrade from older versions where the extension was necessary.
