Hi Victor,
I want to add a Polish translation of validation notifications but I cannot see where to start. I need the form in Polish language and also in English.

Yeah, that is one of the plans for the module. I need to move the language elements into their respective language file. Currently, the error messages are stored in the “helpers” folder. The checkbox error messages, for example, are in the “vwm_checkboxes_validate” function in the vwm_checkboxes_helper.php file.
The module its self is not multilingual though. I have to admit I have no experience with multilingual ExpressionEngine sites. I am just assuming that once you set the default language for EE then all the modules attempt to load language elements from that language file. You are saying that you need the module to display a survey in both English and Polish?

Hi Victor,
yes I need two lang versions - English and Polish.
Also I noticed that radio matrix not displaying uneven x and y. Is there a way to make that work?

While making the module support multiple languages is on my roadmap, I think making it fully multilingual will probably never happen. This is because ExpressionEngine really has no standard way of creating multilingual modules. This article by Stephen Lewis explains the situation well http://experienceinternet.co.uk/blog/the-missing-multi-language-lingua-franca/.
The uneven radio matrix functionality is on my to-do list and I have done some development on that already. I have no ETC, however.
