How do you get Options and Settings tabs to appear in the Control Panel for this module?
The video shows two tabs for these in the entry screen, but after installing, my entry screen only shows two hyperlinks for Options and Settings.

The tabs should appear automatically. Since you are only getting links I think you may be getting some JavaScript errors. If you open up a JavaScript console you should be able to see what these errors are.

Not getting any javascript errors, but they are set to hidden. Once I unset the CSS, the tabs worked perfectly.

What version of EE are you running? Any custom control panel theme installed?
