I’m having a problem with the way that VMG Chosen is displaying in a channel form. The css appears to conflict with the channel form css or js, and I haven’t been able to override it. As you can see from the attached screenshot, the search options are each spread over 3 lines, the font is wrong, and it’s generally confusing to look at.
I have the channel from assets in the header using:
<link href="{path='css/_ee_channel_form_css'}" type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen">
and at the bottom of the template, I have:
{exp:vmg_chosen_member:init_ft type="css|js"}
Can I get help fixing this? It displays perfectly in the control panel entries.
I’m using EE3.4.4 and VMG Chosen 3.02
Thanks

Looks like I didn’t attach the screenshot earlier. Here it is. I still can’t get it to look as it should.

Sorry for the delay in responding here. I’m hoping to be able to look into this later today and will follow up as soon as I know more. Thanks.

So it looks like if you do not provide a custom “id” on your channel form, EE is adding a default one in for you which has some specific CSS attached to it. You can simply specify a different “id” to get around this:
{exp:channel:form ... id="your_custom_form_id" ...}
Let me know if you still notice any issues after doing that. Thanks.

My turn to apologize for the delay in responding. I was out of town, and did not see the notification on your 2nd response.
Your solution worked! Thank you so much. It looks great now.
