Hello,
Just tried installing the plugin in EE v2.1.3 and can’t seem to generate the XML file.
I have the folder’s permissions set to 777 and allow_url_fopen is set to “on”.
Could the EE version be the issue?

I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. Are you sure you’ve got it enabled and setup for the correct channels? Are you sure your paths are correct?
