Hi there,
I’m getting the following error when submitting a SafeCracker form on a Structure site:
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Notice
Message: Undefined offset: 471
Filename: title_master/mod.title_master.php
Line Number: 256
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Warning
Message: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/to-system/codeigniter/system/core/Exceptions.php:170)
Filename: libraries/Functions.php
Line Number: 402
This is with EE 2.5.3 and Title Master 1.5.2.
Even though the PHP error occurs, the record does get created with the proper Title & Structure URL Title in the CP.
Here’s the code I’m using:
{exp:safecracker channel="people" return="/portal"}
<input type="text" size="50" name="cf_people_first_name" id="cf_people_first_name" value="" />
<input type="text" size="50" name="cf_people_last_name" id="cf_people_last_name" value="" />
<input type="hidden" name="title" value="auto_title">
<input type="submit" value="Submit" class="button" />
{/exp:safecracker}
Any ideas on this?

Is the channel a Sturcture Channel as well? (ie. Listing, Page or Asset)?

Yes, it’s a Structure-managed channel. It’s a listing.
