I am on EE v2.9.2. We have ‘Threaded Comments v2.4.8 installed.
For some reason the authors are not receiving email notifications when new comments are made. The comments are put into moderation - does that affect anything?
The admins properly receive emails about new comments (and to approve them in moderation).
In each Channel I have made sure to set “Notify the author of an entry whenever a comment is submitted?” to “Yes”.
Is there another setting that I am missing?
I have gone through Tools->Communicate and emails send fine. In Admin->Email Configuration everything is setup properly.
