Getting double code windows when using CTRL+S (FF, v 1.6)

When I use this great add-on in FireFox I get double code windows when using the CTRL+S function.
I edit a template, then click CTRL+S to save my template and after it’s saved the template code window is double, so I have two windows after each other and the page is broken so I need to reload the entire page for it to go back to normal.
Any ideas?
I feel like this behaviour began with 1.6, but I’m unsure. Getting the same behaviour in both FF and Chrome (PC).
