Textile links not parsing on template

We’re using EE 1.6.9 build 20100805 and we’re using textile on comments and member bios. Our template code:
{if bio}{exp:textile}{bio}{/exp:textile}{if:else}--{/if}
The bio is being output but not all of the Textile is being parsed. If you have a bio on this site with a link in it or other Textile styling check out your member area or your public profile (here’s my public profile)
Actually now that I look at it, it might just be the Textile formatted links that aren’t working correctly. Anyone else run into this issue? Pretty sure it was working before, but we recently upgraded this site to 1.6.9 which may have changed something.
