EE v 2.11.2
Snaptcha 1.7.6

I just installed Snaptcha, activated it, and now all comments fail the security test. I’ve tried high, medium, and low security levels. Doesn’t matter. All comments fail.

I’ve made sure javascript is enabled and that captchas were disabled. Tried 3 different browsers (safari, firefox, chrome). Tried being logged in as superadmin, or logged out. Doesn’t make a difference. Comments are still rejected.

So, for now, I had to disable snaptcha.

Just can’t figure out what might be the problem. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Does snaptcha have any server requirements that might be causing an issue?

What add-on are you using for comments on your site? Do you have a public URL where we can see the comment form you are referring to?

Here’s an example comments page from the site, chosen at random:

As for the add-on I’m using, I guess that would be the EE comments module.

Ah, but Snaptcha is disabled so I cannot see the code it should insert. Can you send CMS access to info@putyourlightson.net and we’ll take a closer look?
