Multiple feeds in date order

I’m trying to order a feed that contains Facebook and Twitter, so that the date order contains both feeds, instead of all of Facebook, and then all of Twitter. I tried using the parameter
orderby = "{post_created_time format="%Y%m%d"}"
, but that didn’t work. Is this possible?
