General Settings timestamp conversion issue

First of all, this is a fantastic addon. Easy to export even thousands of entries, works like a charm.
The issue I’m having is that in General Settings, the “Convert all timestamp dates” function isn’t affecting the output. Either that or I’m entering the PHP date format incorrectly. I tried
Y-m-d
and
'Y-m-d'
and nether seems to have any effect. Still getting entry_date values like 1438886040.
Is my date formatting incorrect, or is this a bug?
I’m running EE 5.3.0, on PHP 7.2/MySQL 7.4 and version 2.0.0.6 of Smart Export Pro.
Again, I love the addon, just trying to iron out the export formatting details.
