Can this module include templates that do not have associated channels?

For example, if your site has a number of static templates, such as, www.BigCompany.com/About_us—if that page is static content, and doesn’t have a channel associated, is there any way to include it on the sitemap?

Would we need to create fake/placeholder channels with no content, but associate those channels with the given page template, just for it to be recognized? Or is there another work-around? Or would that even work at all?

yes, you can manually include url’s in the sitemap so this should be possible
