Errors on sitemap tab on publish screen

Hi there,
Iam using EE2.4 and the latest version of sitemap. I have installed the module and when i go to a publish screen of a channel - on the sitemap tab, i get a bunch of php errors as shown in the screen shot
Can u please let me know how to resolve this?

hi al, this is as a result of an instability with publish layouts in EE. if you reset the layout on that publish page then it should solve it.

I have just reseted the layout and the sitemap tab has disappeared. I then uninstalled and then reinstalled the sitemap module but the sitemap tab no longer appears.
Can u shed any light on this?

Sorry never mind me. Forgot to select include for the channel.
