I have installed Sitemap 2.3.1 on EE 2.3.1. When logged in to the EE Control Panel under MySite->CP Home->Modules->Sitemap my link to “View Rendered Sitemap” is crossed out and has a message stating “You need to create a template for your sitemap first”. However, I created template for my sitemap per your installation docs.
Additionally, when I view the url http://mysite.com/sitemap I see the entries from my channels, but I do not see the other pages (which were created using the standard template group/template in the CP).
Please advise.
