Insert New Location Not Working

Installed latest version on EE 2.10.1
If I click on the insert new location button it just refreshes the page and nothing happens….

Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in the browser’s console?

Nope, no javascript errors.
It will work once or twice, but then acts like it isn’t calling the new_url method. It is hitting the correct url, but if I edit the new_url method to just output something to the screen and not redirect it will just redirect back to the sitemap index page as if nothing happened.
If I login with a different browser it will work again but just the once or twice then same issue. I’m starting to feel like it might be an EE sessions or a conflict with something else, but the new_url method is super simple so I can’t really understand why just that one method won’t work. If I delete or update the locations it works just fine.
