I cannot find a way to display *just * the URL and channel name; e.g.

http://www.koreanumc.org/ministry-network/ is a valid page, but it does not appear in the sitemap at http://www.koreanumc.org/site/sitemap

http://www.koreanumc.org/ministry-network/ministry-network does appear, but the lack of http://www.koreanumc.org/ministry-network is causing issues with our caching solution.

Is there a way to have the “root” channel entry show as an entry on the sitemap?  Thanks in advance

not automatically, but you can easily add it as a new “Location” manually.
