Hi, I received 2 errors after uploading my Sitemap to Google Search Console:
This XML tag has an invalid value. Please fix it and resubmit.
Line: 7
Line: 8
Anyone have tips on how to rectify this issue (for a non-web designer)?

Thanks. It appears that your homepage is missing values for “changefreq” and “priority”. Can you resave the sitemap and see if those values are populated? If they are then please resubmit to google. This tool is also helpful in troubleshooting issues like this in future: https://webmaster.yandex.com/tools/sitemap/?tab=url

I am also having this issue but there is a value for changefreq and priority it’s just not populating in the sitemap. Any other suggestions?
