Our news site uses a URL structure containing year, month and day.
Example: http://site.com/2015/04/27/yes-daniel-bruehl
I tried using {entry_date format=”%Y/%m/%d”} in the URL field of our Articles Channel, but the tag doesn’t render when viewing the sitemap. How can we go about reflecting our date-based URL structure? Love how simple it has been to set up so far.

That would be much appreciated! So easy to use and I like that it just takes care of itself. Would love to use it without having to change our URL structure.

Any chance this feature will be added soon? Would love to use the add-on I bought with a site we just launched. Thanks!

putting {entry_date} in the URL field should already output the entry date in the format YYYY/MM/DD. is that the format you need?
