Since my Editor level permissions deny the user publish permissions, it seems Single-entry is throwing errors:
A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Notice
Message: Undefined index: publish
Filename: single_entry/ext.single_entry.php
Line Number: 97
Any idea how to fix this?

I’m having a little trouble re-creating. What are the permissions for that member group? Are there Single Entry channels configured? What version of EE are you on?

The editor permissions allow a user to view and edit all channel fields (including those that are single-entry). He cannot publish new content. I’m on EE 2.6.1 and Single Entry 1.0.3

Do you mind taking a screenshot of your member preferences?

Here they are in a zip file because the screen shots were too large to include on this forum: (Files 4 and 5 are probably the most pertinent)

Ahh, got it thanks. Just pushed out version 1.0.4 that should fix the issue. Let us know if you run into any issues.
