Fatal error when trying to access the extension’s settings on EE 2.4

I’ve installed this add-on, the tag works. But when I try to access the extension’s settings an error appears saying:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Shorty_ext::settings() in /home/***/public_html/***/***/system/expressionengine/controllers/cp/addons_extensions.php on line 394
