I am trying to use it so shorten a page using a YOURLS that we have running on our server. But it is out putting all links shorten using google.
Here is the tag that I am using
{exp:shorteen:process service=“yourls”}
And I have the access code and domain from our install of YOURLS.
I am running EE v. 2.6.1 and MSM

Yes. I have the settings in the module settings page for the site that I have the test page on.

That is really strange. Try changing double quotes around parameter value to single quotes.
