POSTED_VALUE does not work with this plugin.

When you create a form and use
{exp:session_variables:set name=“language” value=“POSTED_VALUE”}
to set the value it is never set.
Also with 2.92. Expression Engine and a normal form with
<INPUT type=“hidden” id=“language” name=“language” value=“ch”> as the input.
Nothing happens. No value is posted and no value is set.
How do you set up the form to post so that it will post to this plugin.
Does it have to be a separate page, the same page?
