Hi There,
We’ve being using this plugin on a site for a few years now and it’s being working correctly. In the last few days it’s stopped working.
The Captcha has stopped appearing on forms.
Has anything changed or is there anything we need to update?
We’re using version 1.0.4 and it’s on a site running EE 5.3.0

Hi,
After what it’s happened?
Maybe you have installed any extensions or changed settings?
The Captcha has stopped appearing on forms.
How does this manifest itself - the checkbox is not displayed or the form does not pass validation?

Thanks for your help.
As far as I’m aware, nothing has changed on the site. No settings have being changed or no new plugins have being installed.
It just does not show. I’ve attached a screenshot, it should be above the Submit button, but it’s not. The div does show, but the contents are empty as in the second screenshot.
There’s no relevant console errors as in the third screenshot.

For review, I just need the address of the page with the form, if this is not enough, then the SuperAdmin account and possibly FTP.
Perhaps you have a staging version of the site where I can see this error?

Hi Denik,
No problem, I’ve sent a link to a page with the recaptcha on it.
If you need more access, I’m sure it can be arranged, but it will need to be cleared with the client first.

Captcha issues sometimes creates a lot of problems and it is good for the people who are searching for the best places where they can find the solution that resolve the issues with Captcha.
