Zip Files not Expanding

Hello,
When I download a zip file via the Protected Links module and try to expand it, I get an error that it is unable to expand.
However, I can download and extract the zip file from Expression Engine or via FTP without any issue.
I’m using Protected Links 2.1.2 and Expression Engine 2.8.
Have you run into this issue before? It’s quite urgent.

Must be some error in how you construct the link. Either URL/path is incorrect (make sure you use absolute path if you use storage=“local”), or you supplied path without setting storage=“local” etc. Just double check everything. Also, try opening the zip in text editor - you might see some error that could help

This issue was actually caused by a server setting. The server was compressing files. We had this disabled and the issue was resolved.
