Hi,
For some reason some of the files that are protected are timing out for us. When we try to download them directly from amazon s3, they download fine. Do you have any idea what might be causing this problem?

Protected Links is passing all files to be downloaded through your server (unless you use CloudFront http://www.intoeetive.com/docs/protected_links.html#cloudfront ) so you might be hitting your own server limits
