My security script wasn’t treating that directory’s contents properly. I’ve moved all the documentation into a format that can be easily read from inside the archive as static HTML (under system/expressionengine/third_party/proform/docs/html), as well as on the site itself.
The script is fixed and it should all be accessible on the website now again.
