Hi,
I’m unable to get emails to my client via ProForm “theirdomain.com” because there server isn’t asking for authentication because it doesn’t own the address.
i.e. the server says “hey, I’m theirdomain.com, not you. Please prove that you aren’t spoofing, since I know you don’t own that address.” And it asks for authentication.
Ideas to get a work around?

Do step 1 on this page to test EE’s ability to send email successfully. If this does not work you will need to change your EE mail settings (link on that page) to use SMTP and put in the client’s SMTP server information. Alternatively, you can use MailGun or some othe third party SMTP host to send the message and make sure you use an appropriate From address so the client’s domain doesn’t see it as spam.
