Hi,
I’ve installed the extension added the code from the necessary hack code and still can’t get it to work. The Control Panel homepage lists the latest spam suspects but when I click through Administer Members there is no listing.
Using the Profile Updated dropdown selection on any member group just returns the same blank page.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi,
Please, describe the issue in more details.
When you see in CP Home page “Member Profile Antispam” panel and click on “Administer Members” link do you see “View members” page with members sorted “Profile updated - descending” ?
Does the issue happens when you visit “View members” page, select “Profile updated - descending” or “Profile updated - ascending” and hit “Submit” button?
Do you use some other extensions which make some changes on “View members” page, such as “Member Table Plus” ?
Since I cannot replicate the issue on my server, in order to debug it can you give me EE CP and FTP access to your development server?

Hi Laisvunas,
Thanks for responding. When I click through from the Administer Members from the CP homepage I get the member list with no members in it (See linked image)
http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/3074/screenshot20110122at203.png
I have checked through all the add ons that might be causing a conflict and disabled Low NoSpam and also Member Utilities from Purple Dogfish
http://www.purple-dogfish.co.uk/buy-stuff/member-utilities
Still show a blank list on that page.

Hi,
Which URLs have pagination links at the bottom? Are the like this
http://www.mysite.com/system/index.php?S=e1a8add360689684fe7e4b2c482a06c194d9604d&C=admin&M=members&P=view_members&order=profile_desc&rownum=100
or are they like this (notice order=profile_desc above)?
http://www.mysite.com/system/index.php?S=e1a8add360689684fe7e4b2c482a06c194d9604d&C=admin&M=members&P=view_members&rownum=100

Hi,
And how look Member Profile AntiSpam panel in CP homepage? A snapshot would be helpful.
What happens when you click on pagination links in the page displaying empty list? Do pagination links lead to other pages displaying empty lists?

The pagination links show exactly the same as the first image I linked above i.e. no members listed at all. The panel on the CP homepage looks fine - it contains a list of the last updated profiles - exactly as in the sample shots you have on the product page here for the add-on.

Hi,
I have an idea what might be happening here but I need the test case. Do you have a development server on which I could login into EE CP and upload the files via FTP?

Hi Laisvunas,
The site is currently live. If you can email me the files with instructions I can upload and then give you admin access to the EE CP. Would that work?
Thanks.
