I am trying to save a parcel but the ping and redirect url is wrong.

My ping url is:

http://www.www.www.www.www.www.site-url.com/?ACT=108

How do you change the ping url and remove the several ‘www’??

I have no idea what’s going wrong here, but you can define your system path in the Postmaster config. In some rare instances, this config var needs set as the environment is breaking it. Open postmaster_config.php and set it, or you can set the value in your site’s config (or with Master Config).

Just set a value to….

$config[‘postmaster_base_url’] = ‘http://www.yourdomain.com’;

Thanks for the reply.. I actually figured this out myself but forgot to reply to this thread.  I did exactly as you said and i have no idea either what it was doing!!!  One of the best modules we’ve ever used by the way - great work.
