Hello,
We want to send a certain email alert to users when certain actions are made on a channel entry. So if the status changes, we want to send message A, if the description changes we want to send message B, etc. Is there a way to do this with Postmaster parcels? Do we need a custom hook?

Hello,
Just wanted to check to see if anyone could help us with this. We will need a different solution if this is not possible. Thanks!

Hi,
you can create multiple parcels, so e.g. send message A if the status changes, and then you can probably use the “Extra Conditionals” feature to send message B if description is set - but not if it changes AFAIK.
You can send message B on edit of an entry, but in that case it would always send out message B if the entry is edited (even if description hasn’t changed).
Note, I’m not the developer of the add on and I haven’t looked too closely into this, just did a quick check on my local Postmaster install.
