Crazy PHP errors - server issue?

Hey Iain,
We’re launching a site today that uses ‘Plates, but before we switch over DNS records, I’m testing stuff using the IP address. In the backend, when I go to edit an entry or if I add one, instead of the buttons you’d expect with ‘Plates for available templates, I get a slew of PHP errors:

We’re on EE 2.10.1, ‘Plates 2.1, over on ArcusTech running PHP 5.5.9.
Any ideas?
