Doesn’t work inside Grid

Bug Report

I just installed Nolan 2.5.2. If I just set the initial field type to Nolan, it seems to work find.

If I set the initial field type to Grid and then select Nolan as one of the columns, it does not change the display. When I view my console it is throwing an error

TypeErrornull is not an object (evaluating 'e.html().replace'

.

This error is only thrown when trying to use Nolan in a grid, nothing else.

Hi Jason, sorry I didn’t see the email notifications come in for this.

I can’t replicate at this end and you appear to be the only person with the issue. I’m guessing it’s a conflict with another field type, or an extension that’s messing with the publish page.

Can you list the custom field types you’re using on the same publish page, as well as any extensions you’re using.

You are correct Iain. It was able to trace it back to an issue with the Structure field type. I do have another issue however. File upload is defaulting to the first directory. I did a search and tried replacing line 42 in the nolan.js with

$.ee_filebrowser.add_trigger(.nolan_thumbnail_trigger’.nolan_thumbnail_trigger”{content_type“all”directory“all”}, function(filefield

But it is still doing it. Any ideas?
