Multi Relationships not showing up correctly in CP

I’m having issues getting Multi Relationships to show up correctly in my CP. this is my first time Installing it so I just have your screenshots to compare it to but there seems to be something wrong with the CSS or JS. Basically when I use the Jquery UI I can’t see the items I am highlighting unless a drag a select box around them with my mouse. Also when I select the Jquery UI I also get the regular selection method as well, which seems like over kill in how much space it takes up.

any ideas on how to troubleshoot would be great.

OK Fixed the issue.
Uninstalled “Mrelshp FT helper”
Would help if that detail was in the readme.txt
