License screen is blank

Hi Low: 

“Your license key appears to be invalid. You can get a valid one here: Low Variables. Enter your key here: Low Variables Extension settings”

Have never entered a license key because the license entry screen is blank.  Not a memory issue.  have uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted # times. . .no success.

Please advise. Really need to use now for a time-sensitive project.  Thanks Chris
