Can you set comments as ham so future ones like it are not flagged as spam?

We are seeing false-positives for seemingly mild comment text. Is there a way to set comments as ham so future ones like it are not flagged as spam?
Otherwise, is there any recourse of false-positives?

When you set the status of those comments to Open, you can choose to mark them as Ham, too. Make sure the accessory is enabled on the Comment module page.
