hi there,

we installed the module and the manual backups work great. but we can’t get the cron ones to work. the logs just say “[timestamp] (size) send email” and that’s it. no archives/files are generated. do you know what the problem might be?

cron is enabled.

Probably there is no need to backup the site because there is already a backup of that day/month. Thats because you first start a manually backup en later on a cron backup. You can try to delete all files from that day en re-start the cron backup (simply visit the cron url).

I hope that will work out, otherwise can you send me your log file and write down exactly the steps that you go through.
