I am using link vault for zip selected files and can share url in case if you want on private mail.On Mac system and window 10 my zipping is not working correctly and getting
A. On a Mac:

1. Safari browser adds .html extension to Raport_2015.zip file so finally dobwnloaded file is „RAPORT_2015.zip.html“
Unzipping file gives the error. I was not able to unzip the file. Removing the .html extension does not help. See attached screenshot:

2. The same is to Firefox and Chrome browsers - but file has the only .zip extension but system treats the file as .html

Unzipping the file gives the same permission error.

Also all files from link Vault are given .html extension during download.

B. PC - Windows 10

1. Internet Explorer (v. 10 and v. Edge)
File is downloaded as .zip but does not unzipping. Other files fron link Vault are treated as .html files during download.

2. Chrome and firefox - the same behaviour.
As there only one attachment allow I can not attach other.So can you help me ASAP.

I take it you are also using Link Vault Zipper to zip the files together or are these zip files prepared by another process? Can you send me samples of your Link Vault templates tags?

If you enable Link Vault’s debug in your config file and try to download these files, there may be some helpful entries in the EE Developer Log.

Were you able to resolve these download issues?
